from Cornell University and an MBA
from Syracuse University. He is a
member of the International Business
Brokers Association (IBBA), a
licensed Real Estate Broker and is a
Certified Business Intermediary
(CBI).
William
N. Horton – Senior Broker
Mr. Horton is a graduate of Temple
University and the Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania. He
has more than 30 years experience in
working with individuals and
companies in the valuation and
financing of businesses. He is a
licensed Real Estate Broker, is
active in civic affairs and was the
Chairman of the Carteret County
Chamber of Commerce in 2005.
Steve
Dunlap – Senior Broker
Mr.
Dunlap has worked in the insurance,
financial services, and retirement
plan industry for over 30 years. He
has spent his entire career in the
Carolina's, and has assisted
hundreds of business owners with
establishing their retirement plan
and financial security. Steve has
lived in the Crystal Coast community
since 2004. He has a B.S. degree
from UNC-Greensboro in Economics and
Business Administration, and
attended Elon College prior to that
on a football and baseball
scholarship. Mr. Dunlap is a member
of the International Business
Brokers Association (IBBA) and he
and his wife Sue, enjoy tennis,
golf, and kayaking.
