This restaurant is a popular local destination for true southern cooking and is open for breakfast, lunch, and, only recently, for dinner. Catering is also available. The restaurant is located on an approximately .55 acre lot on a busy main road in a historic town in North Carolina. The large lot offers plenty of frontage, parking and a drive through. The last few years have been hurt by the recession and major city construction projects that limited access to the restaurant. These projects were completed in 2010 and the area economy is improving.
